Learn sexy tricks as well as sexy choreographed moves to shape your entire figure. Feel free to wear heels, socks, or go barefoot, knee pads highly recommended. This is a safe judgement free class for EveryBody to explore their sexy powerful and creative being. All my classes at Glomedicine incorporate yoga as I believe yoga; the unity of movement and breath, IS LIFE.
