Refine the body and clear the mind through controlled breath work bringing sustainability to your practice. In this Intermediate Vinyasa Flow we will explore balancing, inversions, arm balance, back bends, and other advanced postures. There is a place to begin for all levels. Challenge yourself in this vigorous practice and feel strong, healthy, and full of energy.
